Great weekend at the London Classic Car Show

Now back from the LCCS and had a very enjoyable weekend on the Jensen Owners Club stand with the recently restored SP.

Alex Riley came over and took a real interest in the car and spent quite some time speaking to the cars owner.

Now its time to get back in the workshop rebuilding the FF front suspension and getting a MK1 interceptor ready for the owner to use in the summer.

London Classic Car Show 2019

We will be attending the London Classic Car Show this week from Thursday the 14th to Sunday the 17th of Feb.

I will be on stand CC4 the Jensen Owners Club stand with the recently restored Jensen SP along with the cars owners.

Come along and say hello, there will be 4 cars on the stand 2 Jensen SP’s a Jensen Healey and a CV8 recently returned from the salt flats in the states.

Wash and polish

First Test Drive

First test drive of the SP, which has been delayed due to a problem with the prop shaft. All is good now and the list of jobs to complete is getting very small.

A/C kit

New A/C kit now fitted with Sanden compressor, new pipes, condenser and valves.

SP Engine First Run

SP engine first run and bed in lifters. Ran fine with good temp and oil pressure. Always nice to get that job done.
